Ar. SARAH GALAN-VILLEGAS
Sarah graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2005. Since then, she has developed a design approach grounded in precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how spaces are built and experienced.
Her expertise spans planning, design, and construction, allowing her to approach projects holistically from concept to completion. She is also highly skilled in project management and research, ensuring that every decision is informed, efficient, and aligned with the client’s vision.
Now based in California, Sarah brings a global perspective shaped by years of experience, while remaining rooted in practical and buildable solutions.
Her strength lies in translating ideas into spaces that are precise, considered, and built to last.
Ar. SHOB GO
Shobe graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2005. With a strong foundation in design and construction, she has built her career around delivering projects with precision, structure, and clarity.
Her expertise lies in project management, construction management, and site supervision. She brings a disciplined and hands-on approach to every project, ensuring that design intent is carried through accurately during execution. From planning and coordination to on-site decision-making, she is focused on keeping projects aligned, efficient, and well-managed.
Shobe has a deep understanding of construction details and methodologies, allowing her to bridge the gap between design and build. Her strength is in translating drawings into reality while maintaining quality, timelines, and coordination across all teams.

Ar. ELAINE GOTAUCO
Elaine graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2005. With a strong background in procurement and project control, she brings a practical and detail-driven approach to delivering design intent.
Her experience covers bidding, sourcing, and selection, ensuring that every material, supplier, and contractor aligns with the project’s design and requirements. From identifying the right finishes to coordinating with specialists, she plays a key role in translating concepts into buildable solutions.
During construction, she is involved in quality checks and project control, helping maintain consistency, coordination, and overall project standards.
Now focused on marketing and sales, Elaine bridges the gap between clients and the studio. She understands both the design and execution sides, allowing her to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of what works.
We work with a carefully selected circle of structural and MEP engineers, licensed architects, CAD and technical drafting specialists, and project consultants assembled around the specific needs of each project.
Rather than maintaining a large permanent team, we build the right group of people around each brief. This means every project gets focused, relevant expertise without the overhead of a traditional full-service firm. It is a leaner, more deliberate way of working, and for our clients it translates to better value without compromise on quality.
