We are a collaborative design studio founded by friends who have known each other since college and share a passion for creating spaces with purpose, feeling, and memory.

Our work focuses on residential, condominium, resort, and hospitality spaces, blending architecture, interiors, sensory design, and AI-enhanced experiences to create places that feel beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.

SARAH GALAN-VILLEGAS

Sarah graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2005. Since then, she has developed a design approach grounded in precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how spaces are built and experienced.

Her expertise spans planning, design, and construction, allowing her to approach projects holistically from concept to completion. She is also highly skilled in project management and research, ensuring that every decision is informed, efficient, and aligned with the client’s vision.

Now based in California, Sarah brings a global perspective shaped by years of experience, while remaining rooted in practical and buildable solutions.

Her strength lies in translating ideas into well-crafted spaces, whether it is a home, a condominium, or a resort, where every detail is intentional and every space feels considered.

Shobe graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2005. With a strong foundation in design and construction, she has built her career around delivering projects with precision, structure, and clarity.

Her expertise lies in project management, construction management, and site supervision. She brings a disciplined and hands-on approach to every project, ensuring that design intent is carried through accurately during execution. From planning and coordination to on-site decision-making, she is focused on keeping projects aligned, efficient, and well-managed.

Shobe has a deep understanding of construction details and methodologies, allowing her to bridge the gap between design and build. Her strength is in translating drawings into reality while maintaining quality, timelines, and coordination across all teams.

Whether working on residential homes, condominiums, or hospitality spaces, she ensures that every project is delivered with care, control, and attention to detail.
